HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Each page is set up with a Shopping Cart button. Go to the print you wish to purchase and make your selection, then click the Continue button. After pressing the "Add to Cart" button, you will be switched to Secure Mode in order to process your billing and shipping information. If you are uncomfortable with using our online system simply call us at 1.877.202.9594 and we will be happy to take your information over the phone. We value your privacy and guarantee that all information will be kept confidential and never given or sold to anyone.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS?
Customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges.
All returns must be shipped Registered and insures mail with signature required. Merchandise returns must be received in our warehouse within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us at 816.468.7106 or email us with 24 hours of receipt of your items to Receive a return approval. We appreciate your understanding. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (excluded damaged items).
RETURNING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?
All item are check before shipping to insure quality control. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us at 816.468.7106 or email us within 24 Hours of receipt of item to verify damage and receive a return approval. Damaged goods will be replaced and reshipped on upon approval. Please follow these guidelines: any merchandise returned without approval will not be accepted by our warehouse and returned to sender. (Please get approval before returning.)
CANCELLATIONS?
Any orders placed online or by phone will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee (of the total order including shipping, if already shipped). So please be sure you want the item before ordering to avoid any changes.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We use FedEx Ground service to ship canvas prints. Please allow up to 4 weeks delivery.
